October edition, hosted by AI² with NVIDIA: operationalising physical AI with Wandelbots and Omniverse, and digital environments for robotics with Boston Dynamics.

AI² hosts this October call together with NVIDIA. It is a physical AI special. Looking back at GTC, robots, vehicles, and factories showed up as software-defined systems: designed, trained, and proven in virtual worlds before they run in the plant. OpenUSD and NVIDIA Omniverse are the shared scene for CAD, simulation, and shop-floor telemetry. Two talks stay on that path - how a manufacturer takes the journey with Wandelbots, and how Boston Dynamics builds the digital environments robotics needs.
Tobias Schmidt (Head of Partnerships) and Marwin Kunz (Strategic Alliances) at Wandelbots open with operationalising physical AI - how companies take their journey towards physical AI with Wandelbots NOVA and NVIDIA Omniverse, from a digital twin of the cell to the same software layer on the robot.
Dr. Pascalis Trentsios (Digital Environments Leader, Boston Dynamics) follows with NVIDIA Omniverse for robotics - digital environments where teams design and validate robot behaviour in simulation before it meets the floor.

Three talks from this physical AI special: what GTC changed at NVIDIA, how Wandelbots runs the same software in simulation and on the robot, and how Boston Dynamics uses Omniverse as a digital environment. Each card links to a session post and the published recording.
Part 2/5Public
What GTC brought to physical AI
Milos Stanic · NVIDIA
A short GTC update: humanoid reference platform, Omniverse as libraries, the three computers for train, simulate, and deploy, and agents orchestrating that pipeline.
Part 3/5Public
Operationalising physical AI with Wandelbots NOVA and NVIDIA Omniverse
Tobias Schmidt & Marwin Kunz · Wandelbots
Software-defined robotics: a hardware-agnostic layer across robot brands, and a Schaeffler path from cell layout in Isaac Sim to the same runtime on the shop floor.
Part 4/5Public
NVIDIA Omniverse for robotics: digital environments
Dr. Pascalis Trentsios · Boston Dynamics
Omniverse as OpenUSD, modular apps, sensor rendering, and physics - from camera placement and fleet tests to synthetic data and zero-shot training.
