Jule Klapdor focuses on how technology can strengthen human creativity and performance in complex engineering environments—where industrial AI must connect real practice on the line with tools people actually adopt. As Product Owner at Accenture Industry X, she leads an international team developing AI solutions for engineers at industrial clients. From first idea through market launch, she shapes product vision, roadmap, and delivery so each release ties user needs to measurable outcomes in engineering and manufacturing. She joined Accenture’s global Industry X AI team in its early phase, helping define how AI products and methodologies are built and scaled across engineering and manufacturing. Her work spans cross-functional delivery, portfolio development, and training materials that strengthen innovation capability across global teams. Colleagues know her for bringing structure and clear targets into programmes—creating the focus and alignment needed to turn innovation into execution. Her background in Applied Cognitive Psychology (cum laude, Utrecht University) shapes how she leads, with curiosity, empathy, and a systems view of how people and technology evolve together.
