Magdalena Jonczak is Senior Vice President and Global Head of AI & Data at Deutsche Telekom Group / T-Systems International. She sets the global strategy for artificial intelligence and data, with a focus on scaling solutions for business customers in secure, governed, production-grade environments. Her path runs through MIT, an AI scale-up, and large transformation programmes. Before Deutsche Telekom she was VP Digital at Liberty Global and a Partner at Deloitte, leading big data and AI work across industries. At Synerise she built an award-winning AI Retail Growth Suite on proprietary deep learning. More recently her team has industrialised agentic AI, including Agentic Hub, an enterprise platform for orchestration and governance. She advises AI² on what it takes to move Industrial AI from pilots to systems that are trusted, measurable, and embedded in how enterprises actually run.
