Association Industrial AI (AI²) has appointed Magdalena Jonczak to its Advisory Board. Jonczak is Senior Vice President and Global Head of AI & Data at Deutsche Telekom Group / T-Systems International, responsible for the global strategy for artificial intelligence and data, with a focus on scaling innovative solutions for business customers.
Jonczak brings a rare combination of AI expertise, enterprise-scale execution, and board-level value creation. Her AI journey spans advanced studies at MIT, early leadership in an AI scale-up, and the delivery of AI-driven transformation across telecom, consulting, and technology environments.
Before joining Deutsche Telekom Group, she was VP Digital at Liberty Global and a Partner at Deloitte, where she led large-scale big data and AI programmes across industries. Jonczak is also a technology product builder and AI innovator. At Synerise, an AI scale-up, she created an award-winning AI Retail Growth Suite based on proprietary deep learning algorithms supporting core business decisions. Most recently, she and her team have built industrialised AI solutions, including Agentic Hub, an enterprise-grade platform for agentic orchestration and governance.
Jonczak's perspective is relevant for AI² as Industrial AI moves from pilots to production: secure, governed, scalable, and connected to measurable business value.

AI² — Association Industrial AI — is an independent network founded in 2025 that connects industry, academia, and technology leaders working on Industrial and Generative AI. Based in Germany, AI² provides a neutral space for collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, robotics, and supply chain. Members and expert group participants come from organisations including Siemens, Bosch, Deutsche Telekom, Accenture, and Fraunhofer ISST. The association publishes applied research, runs regular member briefings, and maintains expert groups on topics from digital reasoning threads to AI-native industrial automation.
