Industrial AI & Data platforms
Magdalena Jonczak leads the global AI & Data agenda at Deutsche Telekom's enterprise arm T-Systems. She focuses on scaling industrial AI across complex enterprise environments, including sovereign AI infrastructure, multi-cloud architectures, and agentic systems.
She is driving initiatives such as Europe's sovereign Industrial AI Cloud in partnership with NVIDIA, enabling large-scale deployment of AI, digital twins, and physical AI systems under strict compliance and security requirements.

Dr. Christof Horn

Software-defined products & automotive transformation
Dr. Christof Horn leads Accenture's Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) strategy in Europe and is a key voice in the transformation of the automotive industry toward software-centric architectures.
With over 20 years of experience, including leadership roles at P3/umlaut, he has been deeply involved in integrating software, electronics, and cloud into next-generation vehicles and engineering processes.
His focus is on helping OEMs and suppliers transition to fully software-driven products, addressing architecture, organization, and end-to-end lifecycle transformation.

Prof. Dr. Jay Lee
Clark Distinguished Chair Professor & Director, Industrial AI Center @ University of Maryland
Industrial AI & smart manufacturing
Prof. Dr. Jay Lee is one of the global pioneers of Industrial AI and smart manufacturing, leading the Industrial AI Center at the University of Maryland.
He is known for shaping the discipline of Industrial AI, combining machine learning with physical systems, and introducing concepts such as Industrial Large Knowledge Models and data-centric AI for engineering.
Previously, he founded and led the NSF Intelligent Maintenance Systems (IMS) Center, building a global industry consortium with over 100 companies and defining predictive maintenance and AI-driven operations at scale.

Prof. Dr. Martin Eigner
PLM Pioneer & Systems Engineering Expert
Product Lifecycle Management & MBSE
Martin Eigner is one of the key pioneers of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and System Lifecycle Management, with decades of impact across industry and academia.
As former professor at TU Kaiserslautern and founder of the Institute for Virtual Product Engineering, he shaped modern engineering concepts such as interdisciplinary development across mechanics, electronics, and software, and model-based systems engineering.
His work laid the foundation for integrated engineering processes and the evolution toward digital, connected, and service-oriented products.
